Where can I see my order status?

After the goods have been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. For questions about the status of your order, you can also contact our customer service by phone on +49 (0) 208/59 449 0 (Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) - or you can just send us a mail: customerservice@newsha.com.

Shipping is only possible within the EU.

Returns / wrong product / damaged goods

We strive to offer our customers the highest quality products. If you have the feeling that the products you have ordered in the online shop do not meet these requirements, you can simply send them back and we will refund the amount. If you want to return only a part of your order, please enclose your order confirmation including your order number and note on it the returned products. If you bought the products in a NEWSHA salon, we ask you to return them there, as every shop has its own return policy. For this reason, purchases made in a salon cannot be returned to us. Please keep your receipts and tracking information for the returned goods in a safe place.

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel or change your order, you can contact us within one hour of submitting the order on +49 (0) 208/59 449 0 or by mail (customerservice@newsha.com) and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I get free samples?

Since the NEWSHA product range is exclusive to hairdressers, we are unfortunately unable to send product samples. Exceptions are special campaigns in which we offer our customers exclusive offers to test our products in connection with a purchase. You can use our salon finder to find a salon near you. There you can get to know the entire product range and get professional and individual advice. Alternatively, we can recommend our NEWSHA online shop at https://de.newsha.com/produkte/alle-produkte/. Here you will find our entire product range, information about our products and detailed application tips. In addition, our mini-size shampoos (80ml - 12 €) would be another alternative for you to get to know our hair care products

Does NEWSHA conduct animal testing?

We do not conduct animal tests on our products or their ingredients, nor do we engage third parties to carry out these tests on our behalf. We know that it is possible to produce high quality, safe products without resorting to animal testing. We love innovative products that do not compromise, neither in quality nor in effect and especially not in production. Sustainable packaging materials to protect the environment are just as natural for us as the categorical waiver of animal experiments from the start.

Are NEWSHA products vegan?

The use of nature-based ingredients has the highest priority in our recipes. Therefore, we mainly trust in vegan ingredients. Only a few exceptions are vegetarian due to ingredients such as honey or milk proteins: Daily Weightless Conditioner (honey) Gentle Structure Wax (beeswax) Body Culture Tenderly Shower Gel (milk proteins).
